A Case-based Approach to Improving Long-term Outcomes in Schizophrenia Across the Lifespan
In this CE webcast, you will learn new strategies from Joyce M. Shea, DNSc, APRN, PMHCNS-BC, to improve and maintain a positive therapeutic relationship between nurse and patient. These strategies can be used in an effort to promote therapy adherence across the recovery continuum.
Also, you will hear Leslie Citrome, MD, MPH, speak to new data on the use of long-acting injectable (LAI) antipsychotic agents in schizophrenia, including how best to individualize, select, and counsel on LAI treatments and regimens.
The presentations are interwoven with a real-life scenario of a patient with schizophrenia — from his first psychotic break, through early disease course, and culminating with chronic disease.
